📦 PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
The processing time is 2–3 days per order.
All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, which may result in an item selling out before the order is processed.
Once processing and handling is completed, a tracking confirmation email (or SMS message) will be sent.
🚚 DELIVERY TIME
Once the item has shipped, please allow 3–4 business days to receive your item.
We appreciate your patience as we prepare and carefully handle your items.
🎄 HOLIDAY & SALE ITEMS
Please allow an extra 1 to 2 weeks for the shipping of holiday items and sale items due to high order volumes and extended processing times.
📬 CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: All orders are insured. In the event that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.
